Hierbei konkurieren in der Regel zwei Menschenbilder miteinander. In einem Fall wird der Mensch von Kritikern als grundlegend faul dargestellt. Ohne den Zwang durch Lohnarbeit die Existenz zu sichern w?rde er auch nicht arbeiten. Es bedarf also einer externen Motivation- neben dem Lohn kann das auch ?berwachung oder Bestrafung sein. Das Gegenst?ck zu diesem Menschenbild sieht den Menschen als Sinn und Zweck suchend. Dieser Lebenssinn ist die Arbeit oder besser die T?tigkeit im weiteren Sinne. Hierbei ist er 'von Natur aus leistungsbereit und von innen motiviert ' Die Arbeit ist dabei Quelle der Zufriedenheit und Selbstverwirklichung. Dem Menschen werden Verantwortung, Eigeninitiative, Kreativit?t und ein hohes Verm?gen an Verstandeskraft zugestanden.Die Frage die sich mir nun stellte, war ob sich dieses positive Menschenbild fundiert belegen l?sst. Also ob es Situationen gibt in denen Menschen ohne externe Zw?nge Arbeit um ihrer Selbst willen aus?ben. Nach weiteren ?berlegungen kam ich zu dem Schluss, dass das Ehrenamt und freiwilliges Engagement anscheinend, jedenfalls meinem Alltagsverst?ndnis nach, den Bedingungen der Arbeit um ihrer selbst willen entsprechen. Hierbei w?re also erst einmal zu zeigen was in der Literatur unter Ehrenamt und freiwilligem Engagement verstanden wird. Dann werde ich anhand der gr??ten und bedeutensten Studie zum Thema, dem Freiwilligensurvey des BMFSFJ (Bundesministerium f?r Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend) aus dem Jahre 1999, einen ?berblick ?ber das Feld der Freiwilligkeit geben. Weitere empirische Untersuchungen flie?en zwar in meine Arbeit mit ein, werden aber nicht in diesem Umfang dargestellt um den Rahmen der Arbeit nicht zu sprengen. Wobei besonders zu beachten w?re wer freiwillige T?tigkeiten aus?bt und warum und in welchen ?konomischen und gesellschaftlichen Bereichen freiwilliges Engagement zu verzeichnen ist. Grundlage der Erarbeitung der verschiedenen Familientypen bildet das Buch 'Pubert?t und Adoleszenz' von Hartmut Kasten. Der Einfluss der verschiedenen Familientypen auf die Entwicklung des Kindes f?hrt im zweiten Teil der Arbeit zu Schlussfolgerungen, die sich f?r die christliche Familie und die Familienarbeit in der Kirchengemeinde ergeben. Eine pers?nliche Reflexion des Autors rundet die ?berlegungen zu dem Thema ab. F?r die Betrachtung der verschiedenen Familien wurden diese in vier verschiedene Gruppen unterteilt. Der Betrachtungszeitraum der Familien war dabei jener Zeitraum, in dem die Jugendlichen zwischen 13 und 17 Jahre alt waren. In diesem Zeitraum konnten nun vier unterschiedliche Entwicklungen beobachtet werden, die auch Grundlage f?r die unterschiedlichen Familientypen sind. 1. Familien, in denen sich das Klima w?hrend des Erhebungszeitraumes stabil positiv bleibt. 2. Familien, in denen das Klima stabil negativ bleibt. 3. Familien, in denen sich das Klima w?hrend des Erhebungszeitraumes verbessert. 4. Familien, in denen sich das Klima verschlechtert. Bei der Betrachtung der verschiedenen Familientypen wurde au?erdem noch zwischen Jungen- und M?dchen-Familien unterschieden.
